She is trained as a clinical dietitian but did her Master’s Degree in Food Service Management which she passed with honours.
She has experience in managing different styles of commercial kitchens as well as recipe development and menu planning.
Her food styling skills ensure a tantalising end product.
In Renza’s own words: ‘Some people remember events by the date and year it happen, the music that played or the illness a close relative or friend had then. I remember events by the food that was served. The passion of the people that made it, the smells, the presentation and the way it made me feel when I ate it. Food is the magic in my life. It fills my whole being with excitement.
Renza is available for editorial and commercial freelance work as a food stylist and recipe developer.
